Looking at a hip to gable with rear dormer. Received first quote today of 76k which does not include design/structural drawings or bathroom suite. I was expecting around 60k, but know that cost of goods are pretty high at the moment.
Appreciate that all lofts differ, but does this seem reasonable? anyone else done similar recently?
