Mega rant alert.
I purchased 2 tickets for tomorrow.
In todays climate the 2nd ticket will not be used.
So quick call to box office and ask them to re assign to waiting list.
YOU NEED TO BRING TICKET IN.
Why?
SO WE KNOW TO RE ISSUE IT
Cancel and reprint, this one has a name on it so Id of no use to you.
BUT WE NEED IT BACK
Why? I cant get to you and would cost more in petrol and time than wasting ticket.
YOU CAN GET IT RE ASSIGNED AT BRIGHTON TICKET OFFICE, TO ONE OF YOUR MATES.
Surely not? What about points, waiting lists and security?
THATS YOUR OPTIONS GOODBYE..
so not worth a thread in itself, I know but though:
Things I am not that fussed about:
A shiny new ground
Corporate hospitality
Small things I would love
Removal of premium rate phone number, when its only ever use is for sales!
Being able to get decent food and drink in 2021 within 2 hours
Treating supporters with respect especially the save your COVID seat
The seat moving debacle and caving in
Not being asked to donate to a money making academy
All we hear is about our greatest ever chairman, the king of marketing. Please recruit SP someone who understands the smaller stuff and brand building. We are not supporters, we are customers.
