RBS deliberately pushed well performing firms into insolvency so that they could lower their loan book and buy up their assets for a song.
People lost their livelihoods, homes and relationships because of an unscrupulous desire for greed.
Is the era of banker bashing over? Not yet I think. The mess is still being cleared up whilst diversionary politics is pointing the finger at others and we're all left suffering with austerity.
