Information regarding touting and official ticketing partners.

Crystal Palace Football Club, in conjunction with the Premier League, have identified over 1000 accounts used by ticket touts. These have been blocked with immediate effect, and the tickets booked through these accounts have also been cancelled, and were made available for our supporters to book. Anyone in possession of touted tickets, will be refused entry to the stadium, and will have their tickets confiscated without a refund. Ticket touting is an illegal offense in the UK, and prevents our supporters from being able to attend matches. These are often sold at highly inflated prices, and in the worst cases, the tickets either do not exist, or have been sold to more than one person. Any supporters who suspect their tickets have been booked through an unofficial source, can contact the Box Office by email at boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk, including where they booked their tickets from, and the full seat details of the tickets purchased.
