Discussion: Right backs and Left backs

I've been saying it for months. It now seems almost universally accepted that we need upgrades in these positions. Any ideas? I'll start:

Left back: Amavi, Gibbs, Charlie Taylor
Right back: Flanagan, Jenkinson, Trippier, Chambers
