labyrinthitis

I've got this at the moment, it's inflammation of the inner ear which causes balance problems, vertigo. The doctor didn't say and i've googled timescales,but has anyone on here had this and how long does it last?

Feels like i'm on a really rough boat when i stand up,i need to get back to work and of course the match tomorrow.cheers for any help.
