Mafia 3 was released yesterday and it looks and is a stunning game but certainly due to the bad language and extreme violence it is not for kids.
Set in 1968 the game features over 100 sixties songs in its soundtrack for its various in-car radio stations.
The object of the game is to defeat mob bosses and takeover various districts of the sprawling city of New Bordeaux which is a take on New Orleans.
It will take ages to complete this game as every mission has various side missions to complete before the mission that you are undertaking can be completed.
This is not a linear experience and you are free to explore the vast open map searching for collectibles, weapons and items that will help you to take over the city.
The graphics and voice acting are so well done and so is the driving and gun-play which is very responsive.
There is a lot of extra content planned for the future but at present it is a single-player only game.
There are so many great games now being released and Mafia 3 is up there with the best of them
