Just interesting tonight, got talking in my local to a West Brom fan who I have never spoken to before. We had lots in common, seemed to do our apprenticeship in football during the 70s when sometimes you never knew how you were going to get out of a ground alive. Obviously we spoke about yesterday's game. I referred to an assault on Speroni. He saw it as Dawson going in for a header, not looking at the keeper with his arms up as anyone else would do and completely innocent. He did agree however that the foul on Wilf was a pen. Its just amazing how fans see things in such different ways, its difficult to see beyond our own bias. Perhaps if we all had a little more empathy football would be a better place.
