Hi guys
I will be starting a new job this week where I will be operations manager for a new football centre being built. We will be looking at introducing a series of 5 a side leagues which will run across the week. The site will be brand new, new goals, new 3G pitches and new changing facilities.
I am looking for some feedback regarding previous experiences with similar leagues such as Goals, Powerleague etc so I can prevent such issues arising and make the leagues that we are running the best that they can be.
Also if anyone has any ideas of ways of promoting this then that would also be great. A sneaky way of getting some market research done..
I obviously have done my own work towards it but after a number of weeks of working on it I am running out of ideas and would like a fresh set of eyes on the project.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
