Am I correct in saying that because the officials missed it that the Premier League video panel can look at it because it was not dealt with on the day?
He clearly does it deliberately. Starting from around the penalty spot going flying in with his elbow in front of him. That challenge could have resulted in a broken neck or a fracture skull.
Or is that only valid for the top sides! :rolleyes:
