Scotland to lower the drink drive limit

Want it t be 50mg. And they want it to come in by 5th December this yer.



As someone who has shamefully been done twice for DD and used to drive often under the influence, I think this is a great idea.



I haven't driven for 15 odd years as I don't trust myself.
