This one has been rumbling for a bit, now confirmed by the BBC - certainly on paper he's surpassed expectations, though Watford fans don't seem that upset. Apparently been on the slide since Xmas (sound familiar? ;)) but team discipline and motivation apparently gone out the window (thankfully not so familiar!).
