My James, who some of you know, has got himself a job in the centre of London and is currently looking for places to live (rent or buy).
Main criteria is max 30 mins commute, late or all night trains, one bed max rent £1100.
He has been drawn towards that new complex that is still being built and towering over Croydon, Saffron tower. Plus side it meets his criteria, it's near Palace, he's got a number of friends near by.
BUT everyone he's asked say don't go anywhere near Croydon.
What's the BBS think?
