dreadful installment plan of 6% interest and £28 service fee, wanting the full amount of £400-500 (depending where you sit) for a season ticket even though we dont know how many games we will attend and waiting a year for a refund? we are basically lending the club money. what if we are in this situation next year? then what happens with the money? Charges per minute to call the box office and some people have been waiting over a hour, what is it 20p a minute?
its not been very well thought out and seems like total GREED. Times are hard, people have lost jobs / struggle with money due to this man made virus.
Simple option would be to offer us a "pay as you go" season ticket where we pay season ticket prices per game so it wont hit the bank so hard. Please tell me whats wrong with that? I think other clubs are doing this?
i myself have contacted the club regarding this and have had no reply at all.
