Heat ray weapon allegedly requested by the White House to control protestors

So this is America today. An alleged request by the White House to control and repel protesters. Apparently, in addition to micro waving their citizens skin, they can also deploy audio high frequency weaponry to inflict de-motivating damage to their hearing as well.
