Ive taken the decision to put my company on the market - looking either for investors or a buy out - just genuinely open to offers to see what we get.
Company has grown massively over the last 10 years but in truth the last two have seen unprecedented growth levels that wed never have anticipated largely born out of a relationship weve forged with a single blue chip client. Were talking 10x growth since the launch of a new internal platform behind our service.
The Challenge we understandably have is weve got this spike in turnover and were heavily reliant on this client so likely negotiations will take place over true value of the business...sometimes I fear its worth nothing inspite of strong turnover, growth and profit...its purely a brand, a piece of IP software and a huge client who loves our service.
Anyone been through anything similar? Any advice on what to expect in negotiations.
