I purchased a ticket as soon as they went on sale but now due to unforeseen circumstances I can no longer make the Liverpool game on Saturday. I have tried calling the box office (on hold for 30+ mins) and have sent numerous e-mails without reply.
Whats the situation, can the club issue me a refund? Obviously, I don't want to go down the route of selling it, I would rather give back to club, get a refund then they can resell it the proper way.
Any help or advise from previous experiences will be appreciated.
