Margate

As the possibility of foreign travel recedes, a group of us need to find somewhere for an over 50s stag weekend. Decent boozers, lots of real ale fans, possibly a bit of live music and decent restaurants - anyone out there got opinions on Margate? Mid-July.

Or other Kent/Sussex/Hampshire suggestions?
