Got pulled for drink driving (was sober someone listening to crap) the traffic police decided I was working so then nicked me for not having business insurance on the car
I was picking up a filler for my own loo
Now I have been summoned to court or accept £300 plus 6 points
I am not struck I wasn’t working I was crapping my self and intimidated I don’t think I should accept this is their anything I can do ?
