Common market option .... is it time to partly rejoin ?

With the NI problems and rising problems within the EU of late, is now the time to try for a B membership of the EU based on trade only?
A Norway lite option?
Friendship..
Trade..
Free movement of taxpayers (jobs)
Education .. you take the UK funding and go on the UK or EU scheme..
Join Schengen ...
Single market but with an independent court process on disputes...
Plus a bit more maybe..

I always thought Dave trying for a better non Fed deal should have been after the Leave vote.
I would happily have voted to stay in such a deal.
