PayPal log-in issue

Hi folks, can anyone help?

I cant login because I need to confirm ID via SMS but it's an old phone I no longer use?

The 'I don't have my phone with me' option doesn't exist?

Loads of similar queries on their community page but zero help from the fcukwits at PP :grrr:
