We have the team, not the manager

with Bats coming in on loan we have a mad exciting team up front and a solid base, unfortunately with a dinosaur manager. Isn't it time we made the decision (albeit a fairly brutal decision) to sack Roy and get someone in that will use our players in a slightly less tediously dull way?
