How good is woman's football?

Ok first off for all you ladies reading this it's certainly not a dig but a genuine question

With the woman's Euros about to start I was wondering at what level in the men's game would our national woman's team be able to compete on a regular basis

I'll kick things off and say high non league maybe conference south/north would be my guess

Thoughts ?
