Asking for a bit of advice. having a bit of trouble getting our flat sold, so Mrs KP and I can move up to Norwich for work. We've been on the market for approx. 6 weeks now and only had 4 viewings. We've missed out on at least 3 viewings because the agent's communication is less than ideal. Long story short, is there anywhere we can advertise without using an estate agent, because at this point, I don't want to give the buggers a penny...
