Same as investigating Katie Hopkins for being an offensive idiot. It's not "malicious communication", it's being a twat. People should be free to tell her she's a twat. But prosecuting? We're becoming dangerously illiberal in this country. Too many people quick to take offence, demanding that the other side be shut down rather than just engaging with what they say.
