Experienced coach required now surely

I get the feeling Pardew feels he can do it all with his chum Salako to hold his hand and be the eyes n ears. We need an experienced coach to help out, esp our attacking play. We are not as good as the press have made out recently.
Pardew time to swallow your pride and get in someone that has the know how and quick.
