Can't log in on Android mobile

I get bbs cpfc news alerts on my mobile but when I try to access them I am asked to log in with my user name and password. I have tried to do this but am rejected each time. I emailed the contact email given on this site but the email was bounced. Can someone in charge tell me how to contact them, or how I can access the alerts on my phone?
