9:00 – 9:30 Registration, (Player preparation – getting changes and a shoot around)



9:30 – 12:00 Morning session



12:00 – 12:30 Lunch



12:30 – 13:00 Free time



13:00 – 14:30: Afternoon session



14:30 – 15:00 cool down and getting change
