Seems a bit of a strange one to me. I thought he was bought as a long term replacement for the aging Xavi and Iniesta yet he's sold just as it looks like Xavi and Iniesta are in the final stages of their career. His record over there is very good so it's not a case of him not being good enough. Can anyone with a bit more knowledge of Spanish football shed any light on this?
