We had one of our artists playing here in Madrid, last night. He asked me to bring along some apples and honey to the show. I had to enquire if this was some new take on the ?candles? and ?towels? that musicians will often request of record companies - can sometimes be tough to find at short notice, on a Monday.
Anyway, it turned out to be a Jewish new year tradition, and I was mildly surprised I?d never heard of it. I wonder if it?s more of a thing in the US than the UK - Mike is from NYC, already.
