Anybody else think they've gone downhill bigtime? I've had a series of issues with the stuff that has come from them, damaged goods, missing parcels and stuff just not arriving. But the 'customer service' doesn't exist, you just go round in a loop or are directed to the courier. Everything is automated and if you have missing stuff these sodding robots can't handle it. So much for xmas shopping in advance...

It's time to get back to the high street. Christmas aborted.
