Just got a "PCN" through the post for my daughter who appears to have parked somewhere private, used one of the premises as a customer and failed to punch her registration (or may have done not sure yet) into the machine apparently provided. I'll get the full details.
Anyway, it's a private company which masquarades as 'civil' official service, Civil Enforcement Ltd To view the link you have to Register or Login, and they are giving 14 days to pay for £60 or it goes to £100 to 28 days and after that "may" go to a debt collectors.
Appeals can be made in writing.
Any feedback on the legalities of these bloody scams? They are up there with payday loan companies to me.
