MISSING TEENAGER - OWEN HARDING, 16, has been missing since Thursday 26 March from Saltdean, Brighton. No one has heard from him since Thursday approx 7pm. Police are following leads that the last known location from his phone is BROMLEY / WEST WICKHAM area of London.
