As you may have seen advertised on the big screen at Selhurst and elsewhere, the Palace for Life Foundation are organising a fund-raising cycle ride to the Vitality Stadium in March.
Obviously, I couldn't let other people cycle to a Palace away game without me, and Janet kindly paid my entry fee as a Christmas present.
So I'm on the sponsorship scrounge again - it would be great if you could spare a couple of quid to support my efforts and, much more importantly, the brilliant work done by the foundation.
