Whats the worst thing about your job?

I have had to sack the third person in three days today. I hate putting someone out of work, but safety of the rest of the team come first. It guts me.

I can think of wosre things by far, imagine having to knock on a door to inform them a loved one is dead for instance.

What is the worst thing you have to do for your job.

I fully expect sacking someone to be way down the list.
