More worryingly, I seem to remember Palace encouraging fans to use the company, but "customers could have missed out on £30,000 of savings on energy bills as a result of Utilita Energy failing to meet carbon emission reduction obligations".
This doesn't reflect well on the company, or Palace that have a relationship with them.
