Very disappointed in the club, I purchased 3 tickets in Block E of the Lower Holmesdale for the Norwich game online. They sent me a confirmation email with attachments with the printable e tickets, all good so far.
Then yesterday through the post 3 tickets for the Norwich game were delivered for Block Z in the Arthur Wait Stand, so rather puzzled I logged onto my account to see that they had refunded me for the Holmesdale tickets and then charged me for the Arthur Wait tickets.
I would not have chosen these tickets at all and they just think it’s okay to do that with absolutely no contact to myself about what they had chosen to do.
I have had no response from the club about this, has anyone else suffered this poor service from the club recently?
