Should the U.K. have Norway style prisons?

With such huge reductions in reoffending why not?

Sometimes I’ll admit I see certain crimes and want to see the person doing it suffer. Even meet a horrible end.

But if prisons like this cut reoffending and also make many prisoners more human then can’t see the argument against them.
