This billionaire American Wall Street financier has been arrested again for sex trafficking minors. Already a registered sex offender, he was convicted in 2008 of soliciting a 14-year-old girl for prostitution, for which he served 13 months in "custody with work release" as part of a plea deal where federal officials had identified 36 victims.
What makes this case intriguing is that he has links to the ‘great and good’ in the British establishment, notably a close friend of Prince Andrew’s.
