Long session with Shefki - he managed in Finland for a couple of years, and now looking for a job in England. Very well-spoken bloke, he must be a bit of a linguist - perfect English, Finnish (a difficult language, and he was a dodgy 'finisher' ;)), then maybe Albanian and Serbo-Croat too.
