Apparently gayers can give blood now.
I remember back in 1984, getting a blood transfusion in hospital, while watching the TV news saying that AIDS/HIV had infected blood supplies.
5years ago I was informed I could no longer give blood,....because of the transfusion I had got in the 1980's. Not because of HIV, but because I could have contracted BSE (mad cow disease)
This whole thing is turning into a big melting pot of disease, misinformation and dilemma.
