Need some advice. My 9 yr old kid started a new school on Monday after we moved out to Kent. All was well until today he informed us that another child called him 4 eyes and said because he wore glasses he was dumb, he also actively annoyed my son sticking grass down his shirt and generally pestering him. He then, when told to do one, attacked my son, pushing him to the ground and strangling him(and i mean physically choked him) until he apologised. ******* outrageous behaviour.
When my son told the teacher (and 2 others), she said "she'd talk to him".
Basically, she did **** all. This kid sounds like a bit of prick and i want to nip this thing in the bud now. I'm going to talk to the teacher tomorrow but i have a feeling i'm going to brushed off. Was thinking of going straight to the head.
What should I do?
