Game plan:
Cabaye to stay very deep to nullify threat of Martial. Mccarthur in to add more defensive solidity and pace in centre mid. Get the ball into Zaha's feet and long to Wickham and Bolasie (all 3 will need to press Carrick and their defence extremely hard when we don't have the ball). If we keep Martial quiet we will win.
