My Xbox One plays games fine and DVDs fine. But I got Michael McIntyre's new Dvd for Xmas and the XB1 isn't picking it up. I got the Mother in Law to exchange it, and the new one, not picking up at all. It's like I have put a blank disc in?! Any ideas?
Tried various dvds and they all work. :confused: Is the disc encrypted for some reason?
