I have no idea why he would ever entertain that move, but if the bid gets accepted... we gotta make moves! He is even French so Pardew will be happy and Cabaye can charm him over to our side!
Seriously though a suggestion purely pending on whether £19m would be enough to open discussions with the player. Would arguably be a signing on an even higher level than Cabaye was.
