I'm just interested in people's experiences.
I might think about it when the kids have gone off to college but it seems a bit controversial when you dig into it. Other people have great stories about the people they meet.
In my case it would be just a room, on odd occasions when it suits us (which is probably ok with HMRC) and of course I'd check the house insurance.
