Interesting story today that Spurs have been found 70% liable for causing brain damage in a young player after failing to inform him of an abnormal ECG. He collapsed with cardiac problems 6 minutes into his first game as a 17 year old for Spurs.
Damages could be as high as £7m. I wonder if that is just clinical and they could also be liable for loss of earnings too?
