What about getting these two to help with the kids coming up though our youth system? both highly rated and can help. btw not saying get rid of Gary Issott, he is amazing and keep him for sure, but add these two to help him, fresh new faces with new ideas. credit where it's due, southampton have arguably one of the best youth systems in the premiership.
we can do what we done with getting Iain Moody from Cardiff City when they had issues with staff. proved to work well so far.
