I wonder what people view is on the rail strikes?
I feel that the union has misjudged public opinion, even though the public are getting on with it they dont support the cause. Have they overplayed their hand ina time of austerity? Have they over overvalued their importance as the need to travel demises with people working from home rather than travelling to work? What is the end result, does the government (or who ever they are fighting) cave, or do we put up with it till they just get on with it?
My thoughts are the public are not supportive of this, in times past we would have just to get on with our lives, but now feels abit rich to be causing a problem. Happy to hear either way. I feel it is just a symptom of our economic problems with inflation, interest rates and everything else, the 2020 like the 1970s.
