Well sort of anyway ...

So today's goal by Monsieur Odsonne Édouard was our 400th Premiership goal of this spell in the top flight (ie since and including August 2013).

If you're like me, you'll find these sort of inane statistics inexplicably compelling. If not, feel free to ignore it.

There's always a few quastions that these thinks raise. Did Max Meyer really score for us? 14 own goals scounds a hell of a lot. Connor Wickham scored 8 goals from 19 starts (only 3 were as a substitute). Shouldn't Jordan Ayew have a slightly better return than 14 goals from 132 appearances.
